Marble Quarry: Hosting Event Red Bull X-Fighters
Project Objective
Red Bull X-Fighters, a spectacular event, was hosted at the Dionyssos marble quarry in 2015. Preparing the area, which included positioning the ramps and creating earth embankments of a total 12000 cubic meters, Topographers was contracted to conduct aerial mapping.
The survey was carried out using a drone and taking aerial photos.
- Photogrammetric survey using vertical photos.
- Creation of a three-dimensional model of the site.
